Lighting Project
Chess Set Project
Creating my chess pieces thought me how to use the lathe modifier. This project also gave me more experience using the edit poly and edit mesh modifiers. The most challenging piece to model was the knight. Due to it being asymmetrical the knight had to be made from vertices and lines. Had there been more time I would have made the gazebo more detailed and had more materials on the chess pieces. |

Fall Scene
For this project I used all the skills I learned from the first quarter to create a fall scene. Receiving feedback from an advanced animation student improved the quality of my animation's realism. Working with special effects turned out to be more challenging than expected due to the many steps in setting them each effect up. If I were to spend more time on the project I would make the haunted house more detailed. |

Logo Project
While creating my logo, I learned how to work with splines effectively. I also learned how to use cameras and lighting. Adjusting the time to create a long enough animation was difficult. Had there been more time, I would have worked on animating the company name to do more than move forward. Skill Week This week I learned too work with basic modifiers. I saw how these modifiers work depending on the amount of segments in an object. Because there were so many options it was difficult to explore all them in a week. If I were to do this project again I would spend more time using the Edit Poly modifier. |
Object Garden
During this assignment I learned how to create and edit objects more efficiently. This project helped me use the different views to to place objects accurately. Though this was difficult to adjust to it was useful for making sure there were no floating objects. If I were to do this project again I would have spent more time working with modifiers.
